Frequently asked questions
General
Make-up classes are available anytime during the session, and within 30 days of the absence.
However- a “twin” class is not available for all classes, so your makeup class may be in a
different style than your registered class.
RSVP Required. No refunds are given.
The Studio is Closed on New Years’ Eve and Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Week, and
Christmas Week. No Tuition is charged for those holidays. You are still welcome to a Makeup
Class if you would like one, our Holiday Gift to you. RSVP Required.
Weather Closings will be posted on BAND. If other issues arise, we will contact you via text or email.
You may make up these classes (RSVP Required) and/or they may be rescheduled by your Instructor.
Please let us know if you’ve left something important behind. Electronics, purses, etc will be
left in the Office or at the Sound Station. Our “Lost & Found” Bin is in the dressing room, and
most lost items will be deposited there. You may pick up your items during class hours.
NO recording is allowed without the permission of your instructor / choreographer and your entire
class. No Video or Written Choreography can be posted on Social Media without permission.
Photos are acceptable, but be courteous and ask if anyone minds your posting it.
Generally, yes – we encourage visitors, but please get approval from your Instructor ahead of
time. Drop-in rate (if they want to take the class) is $30.00 per Class.
Consult with your instructor directly to discuss available time options and fees.
